Start by painting the backside of a paper plate. The outer color will be for jerseys and the inner will be the pants color.

When completely dry, put another plain paper plate underneath the painted plate, and cut the plates into 8 equal slices (like a pie).

Separate paper plates, glue bottom, position pipe cleaners, press together.

Dry, cut off triangle, add player's number.
