This is a super simple idea that I wanted to share with you. It’s an easy DIY puzzle made out of a child’s placemat.

Use the scissors to cut the placemat into multiple pieces. If you are making a puzzle for an older child, cut the placemat a larger amount of pieces. I cut my puzzle into several different shapes: rectangles, triangles and a few odd pieces.

Using the Sharpie, write the name of puzzle on the large freezer bag. When you are done using the puzzle place the pieces in the bag for safe keeping.
