Each child can have a role in creating and reading the book. Have the littlest ones help color the pages, the older children to follow the directions to put it together, and your beginning and more fluent readers to read the book aloud. Everyone can participate!

Is this book hard to read?

It’s not at all! What’s so great about this easy reader book is that it’s built for children of various reading levels. Some children may not be as advanced in reading as others and that’s okay. This printable takes that into consideration and gives a few options for everyone.

What age is this early reader book for?

Honestly, it can be for any age. Early readers can enjoy this book and even those children who are just learning to read can enjoy it as well. Take turns reading and looking at it together and get everyone in the family involved.

Tips for this Easy Reader Book

While I know that little hands can be gentle, just keep in mind that they aren’t always so I recommend laminating a copy of the book. What this then does is protect the book from tears and spills and gives your child the chance to take it with them without the worry of it getting torn or ruined.

For families who homeschool multiple ages and enjoy whole-family activities, this “Hen is Missing” Easy Reader book will be just perfect. Download it and enjoy it with your little ones today!

This book is a great way to instill a love of reading and creativity into the mind of your children!
